Summary of Agreement
By installing and using Conflo CRM ("The Extension"), you agree to these Terms. Conflo operates locally on your machine. You assume full legal responsibility for how you use the data you export and comply with all applicable third-party policies.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By installing, accessing, or using Conflo CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must not install or use the Extension.
2. Description of Service & License
Conflo is a local productivity browser extension that injects a sidebar interface inside the official WhatsApp Web tab to segment chats, store profile cards, and export contact sheets. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Conflo strictly in accordance with these Terms.
3. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer & Account Risk
Conflo CRM is an independent software tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc.
WhatsApp's terms of service prohibit certain types of automation, bulk exports, or API scraping. Using third-party extensions carries inherent risks. You agree that Conflo CRM is not liable for any warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans of your WhatsApp accounts. You use this software at your own risk and discretion.
4. Acceptable Use and Compliance
You agree to use Conflo CRM only for lawful purposes. You represent and warrant that:
- You will comply with all local privacy laws, spam regulations, and data collection rules (including GDPR, CCPA, and regional anti-spam acts).
- You will not use exported lists for sending unsolicited, harassing, or spam communications.
- You are the sole Data Controller of any contact information you extract. We do not inspect or verify how you process contacts once exported from your local machine.
- Any violation of these acceptable use policies will lead to immediate revocation of your premium license without refund.
5. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
Conflo CRM offers both free trial tiers and paid Premium plans:
- Pricing: Prices are displayed on our official landing page and payment portal.
- Billing: Premium features are sold on a subscription or one-time license basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
- Refunds: We offer a 72-hour refund policy if the software does not work as described. Refund requests received after 72 hours are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
CONFLO CRM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE EXTENSION WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, ESPECIALLY IN THE EVENT OF WHATSAPP WEB UPDATES THAT MAY DISRUPT THIRD-PARTY EXTENSIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CONFLO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
7. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make updates, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Conflo CRM after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
